1. Digital Services & Consultations
Refund Eligibility:
You may cancel a consultation appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refunds are not available after a consultation has been completed.

2. Physical Products
If you’ve purchased a physical product (e.g. sleep aids or wearable devices), we offer a 14-day return policy.
Conditions:
Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return:
Email [email protected] your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the issue.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We’ll notify you once the refund has been processed.
